Welcome to Blaze Bakes
Our mystery boxes contain a changing selection of freshly prepared cookies, stuffed cookies, brownies, blondies,
cookie pies and sponge cake slices. All treats are made in the same kitchen and boxes are assembled after an
order is placed.
Important allergen information: Our recipes may contain WHEAT (GLUTEN), MILK, EGGS, SOYA, PEANUTS
and TREE NUTS, depending on the treat and its fillings or toppings. This is an overview of ingredients used across
our range, not a declaration that every treat contains all these allergens. Please check the individual product
details below and contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy or intolerance.
As we use shared preparation areas and equipment, cross-contact may be possible. Any specific “may contain”
warning should be based on a documented assessment of the actual ingredients, supplier warnings and kitchen
controls. We cannot describe a treat as allergen-free without evidence.
Mystery boxes: Mini Stash (4 treats), Half Stash (7 treats) and Full Stash (10 treats). The selection changes. For
allergy enquiries, please contact Blaze Bakes before purchasing so the allergens relevant to the possible
selection can be confirmed. Accurate allergen details for the actual contents must also be provided when the order
is collected or delivered.
OUR BASE RECIPES
Cookies, stuffed cookies & cookie pies — base mix
Plain flour (WHEAT), granulated sugar, salted butter (MILK), light brown sugar, EGGS, vanilla, bicarbonate of
soda, sea salt, baking powder. Chocolate or fillings are added according to variety. Allergens in base: WHEAT
(GLUTEN), MILK, EGGS.
Chocolate fudge brownies — base mix
Dark chocolate, salted butter (MILK), granulated sugar, light brown sugar, plain flour (WHEAT), cocoa powder,
EGGS, vanilla, milk chocolate chunks and dark chocolate chips. Allergens: WHEAT (GLUTEN), MILK, EGGS;
SOYA may also be present depending on the chocolate brands used. Verify each chocolate label.
White chocolate blondies — base mix
Plain flour (WHEAT), salted butter (MILK), light brown sugar, granulated sugar, white chocolate (MILK; possibly
SOYA), EGGS, Madagascan vanilla, baking powder, sea salt. Allergens: WHEAT (GLUTEN), MILK, EGGS;
check white chocolate for SOYA.
Vanilla sponge slices — recipe to verify
Vanilla sponge mix, Greek yoghurt (MILK), and other ingredients used in the final recipe (including eggs if added).
Buttercream may contain icing sugar, butter (MILK) and milk (MILK). Jam, flavourings, colours and sprinkles vary
by slice. Vegetable oil is NOT used in this sponge recipe; Greek yoghurt replaces it. Confirm the exact
sponge mix formulation, amounts and additional ingredients before publishing a full ingredient declaration.
Chocolate sponge slices — recipe to verify
Chocolate sponge mix, Greek yoghurt (MILK), and other ingredients used in the final recipe (including eggs if
added). Decorations and fillings vary. Vegetable oil is NOT used in this sponge recipe; Greek yoghurt
replaces it. Confirm the precise sponge mix formulation, amounts and additional ingredients before publishing a
full ingredient declaration.

Biscoff biscuit crumb
Contains WHEAT (GLUTEN) and may contain SOYA depending on product formulation; verify packaging.
Oreo biscuit crumb
Contains WHEAT (GLUTEN); check packaging for SOYA and any precautionary MILK statement.
Buttercream
Icing sugar, butter (MILK) and milk (MILK).
Jam, sprinkles, colours, Aero, Smarties, Dairy Milk buttons, Gold bars and other branded decorations
