Welcome to Blaze Bakes
By placing an order with Blaze Bakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Our Products
All Blaze Bakes products are freshly prepared and baked using carefully selected ingredients.
As our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, size, decoration and presentation may occur.
Product images are for illustrative purposes.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Payment must be completed at checkout unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where products are unavailable or an error has occurred. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our freshly baked products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind.
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins, subject to any applicable statutory cancellation rights.
Once preparation has started, cancellations for change of mind cannot be accepted.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
4. Allergens & Ingredients
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soya, peanuts and tree nuts.
Full ingredient and allergen information is provided on individual product listings.
Customers with food allergies or dietary requirements should carefully review this information before ordering.
5. Delivery & Collection
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Delivery and collection arrangements will be confirmed when ordering or by direct communication.
6. Product Storage
Customers are responsible for storing products appropriately after receiving them.
For the best quality and freshness, we recommend following any storage instructions supplied with your order.
7. Changes to Our Terms
Blaze Bakes reserves the right to update these terms when necessary. Changes will apply to future orders.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable UK consumer law
